School Uniform
We aim to keep our uniform simple, affordable & practicable for everyday school life.
Our Key principles
- No logo is required - families can buy uniform from supermarkets or high street shops
- Affordable and flexible choices for all
- Support available if cost is a concern
- Adjustments welcomed for medical, sensory, cultural or religious reasons – please contact us so we can help
Everyday uniform
Children should wear:
- Sky blue polo shirt
- Navy sweatshirt or cardigan
- Grey trousers, shorts, skirt, skort or pinafore
- Pale blue gingham dress (summer option)
- Black shoes or trainers (all black)
- Plain socks or tights (white, black, navy or grey)
Uniform should be comfortable, practical and suitable for school activities.
PE kit
On PE days, children should come to school wearing:
- White T-shirt
- Navy shorts or joggers
- Navy sweatshirt/cardigan (school jumper can be reused)
- Black trainers (same as usual school shoes)
Appearance and accessories
- Jewellery kept to a minimum (small stud earrings only)
- No make-up or nail varnish
- Hair should be safe and practical for school activities
- Watches allowed (not smart devices)
We celebrate diversity and will always consider reasonable adjustments linked to equality, culture or individual needs.
Other expectations
- Children should bring a suitable coat every day
- A school bag is needed for books and belongings
- Please avoid sending expensive or designer items into school
Supporting families
We are committed to making uniform accessible:
- Swap & Shop available for good-quality second-hand uniform
- No frequent changes to uniform expectations
- Friendly, discreet support available if needed
Working together
We ask families to:
- Ensure children wear the correct uniform
- Send clean, labelled clothing
- Speak to us if support or adjustments are needed
No child will miss learning because of uniform issues – we will always work with families to find a solution.
